DELIVERY

We don't hold stock of any of our items. Everything is printed to order to minimise wastage, supporting our values on producing sustainable and responsible fashion. This means that the estimated delivery time is from despatch only and does not include the time it takes to make your item.

UK Deliveries

For UK deliveries you can choose between Royal Mail 48 tracked or Amazon. Royal Mail 24 tracked can take 2-5 days from dispatch to be delivered or if you prefer a next day service (once your item has been made) please select Amazon.

International Deliveries

For International deliveries, times can vary depending on country. For Europe we use DPD as our courier and rates depend on the weight of your package and where it is being delivered to. To find out how much shipping will be simply enter your delivery address at checkout and you can pick from the options available to you. 

 

RETURNS

Before ordering, please ensure you have looked at our sizing. We only accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, please email us at idwearthatstore@gmail.com stating your reason and we will provide you with a return address. 

Shipping costs for returning items will be at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only cover these in the case of you receiving a faulty item.
