At I'd Wear That, we want you to shop with confidence. Whether you're purchasing vintage clothing, custom embroidery, jewellery, accessories or upcycled fashion, we're committed to making the delivery and returns process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Delivery Information
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our Brighton-based studio.
Delivery times may vary depending on the type of item ordered:
- Ready-to-ship vintage and accessories are typically dispatched within a few working days.
- Custom embroidery and made-to-order items may require additional production time.
- Delivery confirmation and tracking details will be provided where applicable.

Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with any original tags and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt
To begin a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:
- Gift cards
- Sale items
- Personalised or bespoke items where applicable

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
***Shipping costs for returning items will be at your own expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only cover these in the case of you receiving a faulty item.***
We do not accept returns on sale items
