Klarna is a Swedish payment service provider that takes end-to-end responsibility for your payment. 

They give you the option to pay for your order 30 days later or you can split it in 3 instalments. 

You must be at least 18 and based in the UK to use Klarna on IWT. Klarna Pay Later is subject to your financial circumstances. When choosing Klarna, our assessment will not affect your credit rating.

We are only offering Klarna Pay Later to customers based in the UK. Also, Klarna take into account a number of factors including; amount of order, the online store, previous order history and item availability. 

Alternatively, you can complete your order by paying by credit/debit card or PayPal at checkout.

We accept PayPal, credit or debit cards or Klarna Pay Later.

Yes, all our clothing is either made from GOTS certified organic cotton in India or recycled polyester from China. We've also made sure everyone who helps make our clothes is done so ethically and part of the Fair Wear Foundation. Our clothing is printed in the UK and everyone there are being paid over the suggested living wage regardless of age.

All inks used are water based and don't contain PVC, phthalates or AZO dyes. Very vegan friendly and kind to the environment!

You might smell a by-product the custom printing method used to print the design. The odour is temporary and will dissipate.

Always refer to the care label on individual garments. We recommend a cool wash at 30ºC and hang drying to ensure print quality and longevity. Avoid ironing directly on prints.

We only accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

To complete your return, please email us at hello@idwearthat.co.uk stating your reason and we will provide you with a return address.

Shipping costs for returning items will be at your expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only cover these in the case of you receiving a faulty item.

We do not accept returns on sale items.

***Lastly, before ordering, please ensure you have looked at our sizing. We don't hold stock of any of our items. Everything is printed to order. This cuts down on wastage and supports our values on producing sustainable and responsible fashion.***
